I have known Charles and Claudia for the past 14 years.  I met weekly with Charles and other pastors after arriving in Victoria in 1989.  We became and remain trusted friends.  Victoria Harvest Church has been called to join our loving Father in embracing and healing the outcast and rejected.  All of us need healing, some more than others.  Sometimes we have needed the assistance of someone we trust to bring the depth of healing necessary to set the captives free.

Because of our previous relationship, I trust Charles and Claudia Dorrington and the staff at Victoria Prayer Counselling to minister to people in our church.  Their mercy/truth based ministry has been a valuable partner with the church, bringing healing and freedom to a good number.
